Systemic Constellations 101
Yes First We Ground Ourselves
I am becoming more and more aware that it can be addicting to be in the “knowing field.” I remember hearing someone say, that they like to attend constellation workshops where the facilitator does multiple constellations at the same time because that would mean he would be able to represent many times.
I wonder what that does to a body or to one’s soul? Does it unconsciously integrate or does it move into overwhelm? The reason why I ask is because so many times representatives who have worked with issues of high intensity do need to take breaks with time and space in between. I sometimes wonder if the work loses its potential and like fast food loses its nutritional value?
I really don’t know. What I do know is that if one is not well grounded or centred when working with the phenomenological approach one can face a number of potential pitfalls.
Thus the fall training in Systemic Constellations will include opportunities to regularly ground oneself. Stay tuned ….
