The systemic approach allows change agents to access the clients’ larger system for patterns, clues and insights into limits and possibilities. By dimensionalizing issues we add visual and kinesthetic components enabling clients to see what’s happening, as well as to feel and ground insights. We can test, diagnose and design an assortment of issues such as placement of a new product, identification of bottlenecks and directions, as well as establish the correct flow of an organization. Organizationally, the systemic approach is an efficient vehicle for identifying issues and resolutions in one session.
Three dimensional problem solving is fast replacing linear thinking allowing for cutting edge, bespoke, solution-focused ideas and directions to emerge. Systemic facilitation couples eyesight with insight to create fully informed clients and visionary leaders.
