Over the years we have attended numerous workshops and trainings with various Masters of various disciplines.
What we have learned is that the most effective learning flows easily with humour, laughter, and play that builds a sense of community and a willingness to step outside of the box.
There is always room for two more!

- Did you know that family stories have a huge impact on who you are and how you experience your world today. Do you want to gain insights about these influences?
- Are you tired of the ongoing drama in your life? Are you interested in trading it in for peace and quiet?
- Are you looking for meaning and purpose in your life? Are you curious as to how your family story offers clues?
- Did you know that feeling stuck might be a family pattern? Would you like to learn how this could apply to you?
- Did you know that your pull to stay or leave a difficult situation (marriage or work) may have nothing to do with you or the “other”? Would you like to know how to unpack this pull to stay or leave?
- Would you like to empower yourself with the support of your family even when you have never “experienced” it?
- Did you know that your workplace and your place in the family likely mimic each other? Would you like to see how?
“The soul is a force that unites what was separated and guides it into a certain direction. The soul unites the members of a family and guides them into a certain direction. This is soul, too, an extended soul. This soul does not tolerate the exclusion of anything that belongs. Here, too, the movements of the soul want to reconnect something that has been separated. This greater soul, the family soul, also takes hold of the representatives in a family constellation. Taken into the soul’s possession, they move into a direction that will ultimately lead to the reunion of what was separated before.”
What is missing is a connection. Connection to who? to what? That is the mystery. When you have that connection to what is missing, nothing else matters. What is missing for you, may be different to what is missing for me and yet it is most likely something very similar.

What does the Soul of Canada want from us now? A workshop for “settlers.”
$125.00 if paid before October 5, 2017
Canada is rich in potential. Some say we are in a unique position to guide the world right now.
What can we learn by listening to the Soul of Canada? A daylong workshop to explore what the Soul of Canada is, and the relationship of indigenous and settlers (includes immigrants and refugees) to the Soul of Canada.
Learn more personally about:
~ the relationship of your soul with the Soul of Canada
~ how Canada has accepted you or your ancestors who first came to this land, now called Canada
~ the relationship between you, your (ancestral) home country and Canada
Learn more collectively about:
~ how much of our shadow history we need to reconcile before we move forward in a good way
~ the systemic Orders of Love (belonging, rank, balance) as shown through indigenous and settlers relationship to the Soul of Canada
We will do partner, small group and whole group processes to experiment with possibilities for listening to the Soul of Canada now. There will also be an opportunity to share what is needed to facilitate SCW for the collective.
What are Constellations for the Collective?
There is a new branch of Systemic Constellation Work emerging—an evolution of Family Constellation Work and Organizational Constellation Work. Many facilitators from around the world — including Diana Claire — are feeling a call to apply this powerful process to explore collective issues. Many different names are being used: Collective constellations, Social-issue constellations, Social Justice constellations, Communal constellations, Nature constellations, City Constellations and more! Constellations for the Collective is the name used by Diana Claire. Her intention is to experientially explore our challenges, concerns, fears, hopes and dreams for the Earth and all Life; to develop teams of global witnesses ready to serve the collective, and to participate in co-creating the most beautiful world our hearts can imagine!
Diana Claire Douglas, Systemic facilitator, coach, and consultant(family, organizational, and social justice issues); founder of Knowing Field Designs, social architect, artist, published author, and explorer of the depths. She is internationally certified as an Organizational Constellation Work facilitator through the Bert Hellinger Institute of the Netherlands. She is on the core teams of Integral City and The Hague Centre for Global Governance, Innovation, and Emergence, where systemic design processes are used regularly for decision-making, designing creative projects, and team building. She has recently launched Into Our Collective Heart: where the personal and collective meet, offering Systemic Healing Circles for exploring societal issues. Her work in this field is published in The Knowing Field International Journal and included as chapters in two books. She offers workshops and retreats where invited and has facilitated workshops at several international conferences.
Rosalba Stocco, Founder of Guelph Family Constellations, Systemic Coach, Systemic Constellations Trainer, internationally certified as an Organizational Constellation Work facilitator through the Bert Hellinger Institute of the Netherlands.
Whether we come from families who recently immigrated or have settled here for generations, systemic Constellation Work has shown that how we leave a country will determine how our new country will receive us. How our ancestors left their country will determine our life today. Many of us (including me) make the assumption that immigrating to Canada from a country that has more struggles, famine or war would be a breeze even if there is a new language or culture to learn. Then, I returned to Pier 21 in Halifax after 60 years and…my body reacted. I found myself tearing up, experiencing every single emotion imaginable. All this with less than a handful of neutral memories of my family’s immigration journey. Read more here.
What is your ancestral story? Rosalba

Art Constellations is a unique way of accessing the “knowing field.”
Soul Art Constellations are a different approach to family constellations and family systems -using art making to express whatever our family systems want us to learn and see at the current time. Participants will tune into the energy of their family and create a collage using magazine images, glue and scissors – maybe even some paint and marker – that expresses whatever they find in their family system. This work is playful and all are encouraged to try it out, even if you don’t think of yourself as an artist! We will follow the images in our collages into more formal family constellations pieces, using the images to set up group constellations.
NO ART OR FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS EXPERIENCE NECESSARY – choosing, cutting, arranging and gluing magazine images can be done by anyone. All supplies will be provided, however, if you would like to bring any of the following to share and use please do: magazines (now is the time to get rid of that stack of National Geographics in your basement), glue stick, scissors. You may also like to bring copies of images of yourself or family members, but this is optional.
Beginning at 9:30 sharp, Jen will guide you through a meditation and the remainder of the morning you will work in silence creating one or two collages. Jenn will oversee and remind you to work intuitively. We will pause for a pot luck lunch and in the afternoon, as a group, we will see which collages call the group. Jenn will then facilitate the constellations in the afternoon. As I find the pictures from 3 years ago, I will add to this page.
Although Jenn will bring supplies, please feel free to bring magazines that you can rip out words or pictures.
