Over the years we have attended numerous workshops and trainings with various Masters of various disciplines.
What we have learned is that the most effective learning flows easily with humour, laughter, and play that builds a sense of community and a willingness to step outside of the box.
There is always room for two more!
Those who attended 3 years ago were not disappointed.
Art Constellations is a unique way of accessing the “knowing field.”
Soul Art Constellations are a different approach to family constellations and family systems -using art making to express whatever our family systems want us to learn and see at the current time. Participants will tune into the energy of their family and create a collage using magazine images, glue and scissors – maybe even some paint and marker – that expresses whatever they find in their family system. This work is playful and all are encouraged to try it out, even if you don’t think of yourself as an artist! We will follow the images in our collages into more formal family constellations pieces, using the images to set up group constellations.
NO ART OR FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS EXPERIENCE NECESSARY – choosing, cutting, arranging and gluing magazine images can be done by anyone. All supplies will be provided, however, if you would like to bring any of the following to share and use please do: magazines (now is the time to get rid of that stack of National Geographics in your basement), glue stick, scissors. You may also like to bring copies of images of yourself or family members, but this is optional.
Beginning at 9:30 sharp, Jenn will guide you through a meditation and the remainder of the morning you will work in silence creating one or two collages. Jenn will oversee and remind you to work intuitively. We will pause for a pot luck lunch and in the afternoon, as a group, we will see which collages call the group. Jenn will then facilitate the constellations in the afternoon. As I find the pictures from 3 years ago, I will add to this page.
Although Jenn will bring supplies, please feel free to bring magazines that you can rip out words or pictures.
