People annoy us. Perhaps, we think it is because we know better. We don’t. These people that annoy us, irritate us, all are mirrors of something we need to face about ourselves, our families. Take some time with this meditation and you might be surprised who shows up for. For me, it was my Great Grandfather on my father’s side. I know nothing about him. That in itself is quite telling.
What I suggest you consider at the end of the meditation is bring the relative reprsented by the annoying person, or the person who irritates you, etc. see them alongside the scoundrel in your family and watch them grin. They are all here to teach you something. Be open, be curious and although surprising, not surprising at all.
